Class Descriptions

AEROBIC DANCE: Aerobic dance has its foundation in dance inspired movements. It is a cardiovascular workout set to music in a group exercise setting. No need to memorize the moves as all classes are taught by an instructor who verbally describes while physically demonstrating the choreography. Come join in on the fun as we use full body, rhythmic movements to target large muscle groups and burn calories.

UAC BOOT CAMP: These classes are instructed and supervised by nationally accredited certified personal trainers. The UAC Boot Camp classes involves a variety of workouts and have class options throughout the day.  For more information "BOOT CAMP" click here.

RIP: Rip reshapes your body, your strength routine, and your thought process. Work head-to-toe using simple equipment – a weighted bar, dumbbells, and a step, tackling various speeds, positions, and rhythms. Professional coaches lead the way through major and minor muscle groups, educating with the “why” behind the “how".

SPINNING: It's heart smart lead by certified Spinning instructors. It high energy, cycling-inspired rides that combine sound training principles, inspirational music and a unique mind/body philosophy. Whether you're new to the Spinning program or have been riding for years, the Spinning program provides all the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Bring your water and a towel, you'll need them both.

WALLEYBALL: If you like volleyball you will love walleyball. Join our group or gather your own for fun on the court. 
POUND: Created by two female drummers, the pound workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping class. It's a full-body workout: While certain group fitness classes tend to target particular areas of the body, Pound offers a full-body workout and targets common trouble spots.

Treadmill Fitness: Hate the loneliness of a solitary treadmill?  You might want to try a treadmill fitness class.  Spend 30 minutes doing cardio intervals.  This class will cue you through walking, jogging, running, and encouraging you to climb hills to challenge your endurance. 

30-Minute RIP: On a time crunch? Our abbreviated 30-minute RIP class reshapes your body, your strength routine, and your thought process. Work head-to-toe using simple equipment - A weighted bar,  dumbbells and a step, tackling various speeds, positions, and rhythms.  Professional coaches lead the way through major and minor muscle groups, educating the "WHY" behind the "HOW". Come try this class... BE PREPARED TO GET RIPPED!
Sets & Reps: This class incorporates strength and conditioning exercises that are broken down into already established sets and repetitions. Never get bored with your workout because this class is never exactly the same as the previous. Workouts are constantly evolving each week to ensure a high quality workout that will push you to your limits!
